This innovative platform will help us streamline communication, making it easier and more convenient for you to manage your or your child’s care.

Connecting with us just got easier….

SMS Messaging

For general questions or requests, just text us directly at 484-749-7737 for a quick response. For example: 

  • “Can you confirm my next appointment?” 

  • “What are your clinic hours?”

  • “I would like  my most recent billing statement”


Secure Messaging

When you would like to engage with our team on specific aspects of your care or treatment, request a secure message link by texting “secure link” to 484-749-7737.  For example:

  • “What is my current medication and dose?”

  • “I need to discuss my lab results”

  • “I would like a copy of my treatment plan.”

Texting via the secure message link ensures any health information you share with us is stored using advanced security measures.


Opting Out of Messages

We understand that text messaging is not for everyone.  If you would like to opt out of receiving text messages, please respond to a text message with one of the following words: STOP, OPT OUT, OPTOUT. After stopping communications, if you’d like to begin receiving messages again, you can reply: START or UNSTOP.

Please note if you opt out of messages, you will not receive appointment reminders to that number.
