Our virtual-first model
Most of our providers are hybrid - seeing patients both virtually and in our clinics. Our virtual intake allows us to observe children and adolescents in their natural environment, often providing meaningful insight into how they function in daily life.
If in-person care is clinically necessary, our team will recommend in-person appointments moving forward. If a family prefers in-person care, we will do our best to accommodate that request.
The benefits of virtual care
Virtual care makes it easier for families to access support without the stress of travel or rigid schedules. Kids can connect from the comfort of home or school, with many feeling most at ease in their everyday environment. For most services, virtual care is as effective as in-person—and often helps families start sooner and stay consistent, even when life gets busy. For more information on this topic, read our blog post Why Virtual Care Works for Kids.
Therapy rooms, playrooms, and waiting areas built for children and young adults
Our clinics are warm, welcoming spaces with private therapy rooms and playrooms equipped with state-of-the-art play therapy tools.

If in-person availability is limited, we can often start care virtually—this may include parent support, check-ins with a medical provider, or therapy with a hybrid clinician who transitions to in-person sessions when openings arise. In some cases, starting with a daytime virtual or in-person session can help families move up the waitlist for preferred appointment times.
Certain evaluations, such as the ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule), do require an in-person visit.
