Michael Tang, MD, MBA is a quadruple board-certified child psychiatrist, adult psychiatrist, pediatrician and addiction medicine physician committed to improving care for children and families. Mike is the Chief Medical Officer of Blackbird Health, an integrated child mental health practice of more than 200 clinicians and 15 clinics in four states.

Prior to Blackbird, Mike was the Vice President of Integrated Care and Head of Behavioral Health at Cityblock Health, a national value-based care start-up. Mike also served as the Chief Behavioral Health Officer at the Dimock Center, a health center and community mental health agency, and the Boston Site Director of Health Leads, a nonprofit addressing the social determinants of health.

Mike completed his residency in pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center, and residency and fellowship in adult and child psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital.
