Help your child build healthier screen habits
A 12 week program for families
Personalized therapy and practical parent support to reduce screen struggles and make more room for everyday life.
Create screen habits that work for your child and family
Screens are part of life now, but different kids need different rules and limits based on how it’s impacting their life.
Blackbird Health’s screen program helps children and teens understand what’s driving their screen habits and practice new ways to manage them.
Through a structured, 12-session program, we work with your child and family to make changes that reduce conflict and create space for a balanced life.
